Privacy Architecture — How InteliDroid Protects Your Data

Pair locally. Communicate securely. Share minimally. Approve visibly. Revoke instantly.

Five lines that govern every part of the product. Below them sits a deliberate architecture: a local node you own, an encrypted channel to your phone, a model router that decides what runs locally and what is allowed to touch the cloud, an approval queue, and a log of every external disclosure.

Local-First by Default

Memory, reasoning, and routine inference run on your node using a local language model. Cloud models are an option, not a dependency, and never the default for sensitive material.

Encrypted Pairing Between App and Node

The InteliDroid App pairs with your node via a short-lived QR code, exchanges keys, and operates over an end-to-end encrypted channel. Direct mode keeps the connection on your local network or over a private VPN tunnel; relay mode lets you reach your node remotely without exposing inbound ports, and content stays end-to-end encrypted between phone and node.

Need-to-Know Data Sharing

Workflows, devices, and external services receive only the data needed to complete the current task. Cross-context sharing is a deliberate, logged decision — never a default.

Approval Layer

Sensitive actions queue for your approval. Each item shows the request, the requester, the data scope, the destination, the reversibility, and the duration of any granted permission. Approve once, always allow, deny, or modify.

Privacy Log

Every external API call, cloud disclosure, sensor access, and blocked request is recorded. The log is yours, lives on your node, and can be exported.

Compatible With Privacy-First Tools

InteliDroid is designed to integrate with Proton VPN, Proton Mail, Proton Calendar, Proton Drive, and Proton Pass for privacy infrastructure, and with Signal as an optional encrypted channel for alerts. We integrate; we do not depend.
