The InteliDroid App pairs securely with your local InteliDroid Server and gives you mobile approvals, privacy logs, automation controls, smart-device status, and humanoid permissions from one clean dashboard. Pair locally. Communicate securely. Share minimally. Approve visibly. Revoke instantly.

QR-Based Secure Pairing

Open your Server dashboard, click Pair Mobile App, and scan the short-lived QR code with the InteliDroid App. Your phone and node exchange cryptographic keys and establish an encrypted channel. The QR contains a session token, not permanent credentials, so a leaked screenshot cannot be used to gain access. Approve your phone with a role — Owner, Admin, Family Member, Employee, Guest, or Viewer — and you are paired.

Mobile Dashboard

One screen shows your node status, local AI status, OpenClaw status, VPN or relay state, last backup, active tasks, and pending approvals. Drill into any of them in a tap.

Approval Inbox

Sensitive actions queue up for your approval. Each item shows what is being requested, which system requested it, what data is in scope, whether anything will leave the node, the external service involved if any, whether the action is reversible, and how long the permission lasts. Approve once, always allow, deny, or modify.

Privacy Log

Every local action, every external API call, every cloud AI disclosure, every camera or microphone access, and every blocked request is recorded in a log you can scroll, search, and export. If you ever want to know exactly what your AI saw and did, the answer is one tap away.

Device and Automation Controls

Smart locks, cameras, thermostats, sensors, printers, and other devices appear as cards you can monitor and control. Automations — bedtime mode, morning briefing, order processing, email triage, inventory updates, guest mode — can be triggered, paused, or modified from your phone.

Humanoid Permissions

When humanoid robots are part of your environment, the App is where you grant and revoke their permissions: which rooms they can enter, which tasks they can perform, which sensors they can use, and when teleoperation by a remote human operator is allowed. Every robot action lands in your activity log.

Secure Sign-In

The App unlocks with biometrics — Face ID or Touch ID — backed by the encrypted pairing established at setup. Lose your phone, revoke the device from another paired device or from the Server dashboard, and the App is instantly powerless.

Emergency Controls

One screen contains the panic switches: stop all automations, lock all doors, disable robot movement, revoke cloud AI access, switch the node to local-only mode, activate guest lockdown, pause business workflows, disconnect the node from the relay, or revoke a specific paired device. Hold the action for two seconds to confirm.

Signal as Optional Backup Channel

If you prefer Signal for alerts, the Server can route notifications and a small set of fallback commands through Signal as a secondary channel. The App remains the primary interface; Signal is a backup, not a replacement.

How App and Server Work Together

The Server is where your data, models, and policies live. The App is the secure window into that node — and the place you live in day to day. Direct mode keeps the connection on your local network or over a private VPN tunnel. Relay mode uses an outbound connection to InteliDroid relay infrastructure for connectivity convenience while keeping content end-to-end encrypted between your phone and your node.

Is the App required?

The Server has its own local web dashboard, so you can run InteliDroid without the App. The App exists for mobile control, on-the-go approvals, and emergency actions.

How does QR pairing work?

The Server generates a short-lived QR code containing the node identifier, public key, network address, and a one-time pairing token. Scanning it on the App establishes an encrypted channel and prompts your owner-level approval.

Can family members or employees have limited access?

Yes. Each paired device gets a role — Owner, Admin, Family Member, Employee, Guest, or Viewer — and only sees the actions and devices that role allows.

Can I revoke a phone?

Instantly, from another paired device or from the Server dashboard. The revoked phone immediately loses its ability to talk to the node.

Can I see what data was shared externally?

Yes. The Privacy Log records every external call with the data scope, destination, and approval that authorized it.

Is the App available now?
