InteliDroid Server — The Private AI Conductor for Homes and Businesses

The Private AI Conductor for Your Home, Business, and Future Humanoids.

InteliDroid Server is a local-first AI node designed to coordinate OpenClaw, local AI, smart devices, business workflows, encrypted communications, and embodied systems through need-to-know privacy rules. It runs on hardware you own — Mac mini, Mac Studio, MacBook Pro, a Windows PC, or an NVIDIA-equipped Linux box — and the installer detects your hardware and configures the right stack automatically.

What the InteliDroid Server Does

The Server is the brain of your private AI environment. It runs a local language model for private reasoning and memory, uses OpenClaw as one of its automation engines, holds the policy layer that decides which systems can do what, routes tasks between local and cloud models based on cost and privacy, and exposes everything through a secure mobile dashboard. It is a managed product, not a kit — the goal is smooth setup and smooth operation, not a weekend hobby project.

Why Local-First Matters

Cloud-only AI puts your context, your customers, your devices, and your home life into vendor silos you do not control. Local-first inverts the model: your data stays on your node by default. Cloud is used as an option, not a requirement, and every external call is logged, approved, and minimized.

Built Around OpenClaw, Not Limited to OpenClaw

OpenClaw is a powerful automation engine. InteliDroid wraps it with the layers that make agentic AI usable for ordinary people and small businesses: a setup wizard, a plain-English error interpreter, a permissions and approval layer, a model router, productized workflow packs, and the mobile interface. The goal is not to own every engine — the goal is to own the conductor.

Need-to-Know Data Sharing

Every system InteliDroid coordinates gets the minimum context required to do its job. A shipping workflow gets the order, the SKU, the address, and the label status — not your inbox. A robot gets a task, a room permission, and a time limit — not your calendar. A cloud model gets a redacted task packet — not your customer file. Sharing is a deliberate decision, not a default.

Privacy Governance and Approval Logs

Sensitive actions land in an approval queue you can see on your phone. Send this email, unlock this door, share this data externally, authorize robot access to this room, delete these files, place this purchase. Every approval shows what is being requested, which system asked, what data is in scope, whether anything will leave the node, whether the action is reversible, and how long the permission lasts. Every action is logged.

Smart Home and Business Automation

The Server speaks Home Assistant and Matter for devices, ties into your business systems for repeatable workflows, and runs both under the same policy layer. The first productized workflow pack handles e-commerce operations end to end — orders, shipping, invoices, customer drafts, QuickBooks — with audit logs and approval gates the whole way through.

Humanoid Readiness

When a humanoid robot enters your environment, InteliDroid is the layer that grants and revokes its permissions. Room access, time windows, camera and microphone rules, teleoperation consent, sensitive-area exclusions, task-category permissions, and a local activity log you control. Encrypted Infrastructure and Privacy-Tool Compatibility

InteliDroid is designed to integrate cleanly with privacy-first tools: Proton VPN for remote access, Proton Mail and Calendar for communication, Proton Drive for encrypted backup, Proton Pass for credentials, and standard WireGuard tunnels for direct-mode pairing. We integrate with these tools — we do not depend on any single one.

Optional Signal Alerts

Signal can be supported as an optional encrypted channel for alerts and fallback commands. The InteliDroid App is the primary dashboard; Signal is a backup, not a replacement.

How It Works

Install the InteliDroid software on your hardware. The installer detects your platform — NVIDIA Linux, Windows, or Apple Silicon — and configures the appropriate local model, runtimes, and integrations. Open the dashboard, generate a QR code, scan it with the InteliDroid App on your phone, approve the device with a role. From there, you and the people you authorize control everything from one place.

FAQ

Does InteliDroid replace OpenClaw?

No. OpenClaw is one of the engines InteliDroid uses. InteliDroid adds the setup, mobile, policy, model-router, diagnostic, and workflow layers around it.

Do I need cloud AI to use it?

No. The Server can run entirely on a local language model. Cloud AI is optional, opt-in, and routed through redaction and approval policies.

What hardware does it run on?

Mac mini, Mac Studio, or MacBook Pro on Apple Silicon; Windows PCs; and Linux systems with NVIDIA GPUs. The installer chooses the right stack for your machine.

Can it help with business automation?

Yes. Workflow packs are the recurring product layer. The first one is the e-commerce operations pack.

Will it support humanoid robots?

That is the long-term direction. The privacy and permissions architecture is being built with embodied AI in mind from day one.

Is this available now?

InteliDroid is in active development with a first paid pilot in motion. Join the Node Preview to be among the earliest deployments.
